Important Information – BLS Spain Visa Application Centre (Nador)

1. Visa Holders – Appointment Request by Email

Applicants with Two Spanish Visas

Applicants who have obtained two (2) Spanish visas within the last four (4) years may request an appointment by sending an email to: visaholder@blshelpline.com

Requirements:

• Attach both Spanish visas in a single PDF document.
• This service is available only for the visa holder, their spouse, and their children.

Applicants with Three Spanish Visas

Applicants who have obtained three (3) Spanish visas within the last four (4) years may request an appointment by sending an email to: visaholder@blshelpline.com

Applicants Holding a 1-Year Spanish Visa

Applicants who previously obtained a Spanish visa valid for one (1) year within the last four (4) years may request an appointment by sending an email to: visa2year@blsinternational.net

Requirements:

• The last visa must have been issued for a duration of 1 year the within the last four (4) years.
• The visa must have been issued by Spain.

Applicants Holding a 2-Year Spanish Visa

Applicants who previously obtained a Spanish visa valid for two (2) years within the last four (4) years may request an appointment by sending an email to: visa2year@blsinternational.net

Requirements:

• The last visa must have been issued for a duration of 2 years within the last 4 years.
• The visa must have been issued by Spain.

2. Appointment Availability – Nador

Appointments for BLS Nador are released on the website:

Every Saturday at 10:00 AM

Until the weekly quota is exhausted.

This applies only to applicants residing within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Spain in Nador.

3. Visa Applications Without Appointment

Applicants who hold a Schengen visa meeting the following condition may submit their application without prior appointment at BLS Nador.

Submission time: Fridays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Condition:

• The last Schengen visa issued by any Member State, with a validity of 3 to 5 years, within the last four (4) years either expired or expiring within the next three months.
• Acceptance of applications without appointment will depend on the number of applications received each Friday.

4. National Visa Applications

Student and Work Visas

Applicants must appear in person at BLS Nador: Fridays from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Family Reunification Visas

Applicants must appear in person at BLS Nador: Tuesdays from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Required Conditions

Work and Family Reunification

Applicants must present the approved resolution (Resolución de Reagrupación / Autorización).

Study Visa

Applicants must provide:

• Proof of academic performance
• Certificate of enrolment in a school, nursery, or university

Additional requirement:

• The passport must be issued in the Oriental Region or Al Hoceima Region.
• Certificates of residence are not accepted.

If these conditions are not met, the applicant will not be eligible for an appointment.

5. DO NOT FALL INTO FRAUD AND BEWARE OF SCAMS !

BLS International advises visa applicants to exercise caution and vigilance regarding the following points:

• Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence decision-making.
• We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.
• Appointments must be booked exclusively through the BLS website. Please refer to the website for authorized service fees payable to BLS International.
• Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.
• The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and BLS International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to antifraud@blsinternational.com.

Be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of BLS International or individually outside our center. All appointments must be booked through the BLS International website. Please refrain from purchasing appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent practice that BLS International strongly condemns. As a responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform applicants to be wary of fraudulent intermediaries charging fees to clients for appointment bookings.

6. Warning About Intermediaries

Beware of individuals or agencies offering to sell visa appointments.

BLS International strongly condemns this fraudulent practice.

Appointments must only be booked through the official BLS website.

7. Payment Rules

• Only debit or credit cards in the applicant’s name will be accepted.
• Cards belonging to third parties will not be accepted.
• The last four digits of the payment card will be verified at the centre.

If the information does not match, the applicant will not be allowed to submit the application.

Exceptions:

• Applicants under 18 years old may use a parent’s card.
• For group applications, payment must be made using a card belonging to one of the applicants.

Applicants must ensure that the following information is accurate and matches the passport:

• Name and surname
• Passport number
• Date of birth
• Consular jurisdiction

Providing incorrect information may lead to refusal of application submission.

Applicants are encouraged to use a personal email address containing their name.

9. Important Notice

• Children under 6 years old no longer require an appointment.
• Appointment booking, visa forms, and document lists are available free of charge on the website.

10. About BLS International

The BLS Spain Visa Application Centre provides administrative services for the submission and processing of Spanish visa applications, in accordance with the authorization granted by the the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The decision on visa applications is made solely by the Spanish authorities.

BLS International has no influence over the visa decision process.
