Please note the following:

• All visa applications for Spain must be submitted strictly by prior appointment through the official booking channels.
• Applicants are strongly advised to rely only on official communication channels for accurate and up-to-date information.

Any applicant visiting the center without a valid appointment will not be allowed entry, in accordance with standard procedures.

We urge everyone to remain vigilant against misinformation and to avoid relying on unofficial sources.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATIONS WITHOUT PRIOR APPOINTMENT

Applicants holding a Schengen visa valid for more than 2 years with code EXM may submit a new application without a prior appointment, subject to the following conditions:

• The visa must be valid or have been valid within the last 4 years.
• The visa must have expired or be due to expire within the 45 days preceding the application. If the visa still has more than 45 days of validity remaining, the application cannot be submitted through this procedure until it reaches this period.
• The spouse and children under 21 years old of the visa holder are also eligible, provided that they submit their applications together with the holder of the qualifying visa. Other relatives, such as mothers-in-law, sisters, aunts, nieces, etc., are not eligible under this procedure.
• Children over 21 years old may only apply together with the family if they independently meet the eligibility requirements, having held a Schengen visa valid for more than 2 years with code EXM within the last 4 years.
• All eligible family members must submit their applications at the same time. If any family member does not submit their application at that time, they will subsequently need to obtain a prior appointment through the BLS website.

A copy of the visa must be presented on the day of application.

Submitting an application without an appointment does not exempt you from providing all documents justifying the purpose of your trip.

Applicants are kindly requested to carefully review these conditions before visiting the center.

Important Notice for Applicants
Please make sure to upload your own personal photo when booking your appointment. Using someone else’s photo is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your appointment.

We inform you that applications containing passports and cin of citizens outside the jurisdiction of the Spanish Consulate in Tetouan will not be accepted.

Applicants from Tetouan: Please note that appointments for Tetouan will be available every Saturday at 10am until the weekly quota is exhausted. Please note that no appointment is necessary for the national visa, you must go directly to our visa application Centre.

BLS International advises visa applicants to be cautious and vigilant regarding the following points:

• *Our staff never ask visa applicants to pay in cash or via any other payment method to secure an appointment, speed up the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment or influence decision making.
• *We do not recommend direct payment into personal bank accounts.
• *Appointments should only be booked via the BLS website, please check the website for authorized service charges payable to BLS International.
• *Always request a receipt for optional value added services available at our Centre.
• *The decision on the visa application is made solely by the relevant authorities, and BLS International has no role or influence in this process.
• *If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by filling in the complaint form or by sending an e-mail to antifraud@blsinternational.com or to the Centre Manager.

Beware of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of BLS International or individually outside our Centre.

All appointments must be booked through the BLS International website. Please do not purchase appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent practice that BLS International strongly condemns. As a responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform candidates to beware of fraudulent intermediaries who charge clients a fee for booking appointments. NB: All appointments are free

Only debit or credit cards in the applicants name will be accepted. We will not accept payment cards in the name of a third party or anonymous cards. Please note that anyone providing false information when making an appointment, such as name, passport number, e-mail and telephone number, will not be allowed to submit their application on the day of the appointment at the Visa Centre. The applicant's details at the time of booking the appointment must be the same as when they submitted their application and must correspond to the Schengen visa form. *Before confirming the appointment, you must check your details NAME, FIRST NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH as well as the Consular Jurisdictions. For eliminating frauds via third party intermediaries.

We urge applicant to provide email address depicting their personal name.

The last four digits of your credit card/other necessary details will be checked at reception in our center. If they do not match/any discrepancy is noted, you will not be allowed to submit your documents.

Please note that the provisions set forth in the above paragraph do not apply to children under the age of 18. They may proceed with the payment using a credit card registered in the name of their parents.

For joint applications, payment must be made using a credit card registered in the name of one of the applicants.

For passport collection

In Tetouan: we inform our respectful applicants that no one can collect your passport on your behalf, even with a power of attorney.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN UNDER 6 NO LONGER NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Appointments, required documents and the visa application form are available free of charge on the website.

The BLS Spain Visa Application Centre does not provide any other services apart from receiving and processing Spanish visa applications, in accordance with the authorisation granted by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
